Green disk

Green disks are one of the color variants of the utility disks. When they explode they spawn infotrons. They fall downwards, can be pushed, pushing horizontally and are sensitive to hits. They chain-explode when consumed by explosion.

Green disks are almost identical to orange disks, but they explode into infotrons.

Falling

Green disks are affected by gravity and fall downwards. They explode on impact, unless they land on an explosion cloud. This scenario is called soft-landing.

Pushing

Green disks can be pushed by Murphy, but only horizontally and only into empty spaces. This makes them quite easy to transport. They often appear in larger clusters, with the task being to drop them down to destroy RAM chips that block access to vital areas.

Hitting

Green disks are sensitive to being hit by falling objects.

A falling infotron will trigger an instant explosion when it hits the green disk.

A zonk hitting an green disk will not cause an instant explosion, but it will set a fuse in the green disk, exploding shortly after. The fuse is so fast that it almost appears instant.

Soft landing

Green disks normally explode after falling, but they can soft-land on explosion clouds. Usually this only causes a delay, as the green disk will continue to fall once the smoke disperses. However explosions with positive polarity will spawn infotrons on which the green disk can rest after soft landing on still forming infotrons.

Regardless of explosion type the soft landed green disk can be pushed, as long as it is supported.

Magnetic disk ejection

All utility disks contain soft circular magnetic material for data storage. Green disk can eject its magnetic disk if Murphy pushes it while the supporting tile below the green disk suddenly becomes empty. The ejected magnetic disk will spin and float in place, providing new support for the green disk above. Green disks can spawn any number of these floating magnetic disks, as long as these conditions are met. Magnetic disks explode if Murphy tries to push them. They can be destroyed by explosions, but they do not chain-explode.
